GRP Katra organised a workshop on Drug Abuse and prevention of suicide in collaboration with THE SARA at Police Station, GRP Udhampur. On this occasion, Shri Ranjit Singh Sambyal, JKPS, SSP, Railways Katra, emphasized upon the awareness to be made among common people.
Common people have also to be made aware with regard to myths and facts about Drug Abuse/suicidal thoughts. The resource persons for the workshop are Mr. Raminderjeet Singh, Director SARA, Smt. Gurjeet Kour, President, SARA among others.
On spot, directions were imparted to all officers/officials of GRP Udhampur to conduct awareness programmes in their respective areas among the General public. SSP thanked the participants with zeal and fervour.
